FULLY BOOKED. Aylsham Station is the northern terminus of the Bure Valley Railway, where your nostalgic steam journey to Wroxham begins. It’s also a great place to explore, with the Whistlestop Café, a Gift and Model Shop, while enthusiasts can discover the railway’s engineering workshop, depot and turntable.

Upon arrival we will visit the Whistlestop Café for coffee and cake.  There will also be an opportunity to pick up a sandwich for lunch later in the day.

We will then board the steam train to Wroxham Station, where our coach will be waiting to take us to Horning.  You will have about an hour to spare in Horning before boarding the boat.

The Mississippi Paddleboat departs @ 3pm for a 90min boat cruise on the beautiful Norfolk Broads.  Throughout the trip there is an excellent commentary and continual pointing out of all the water birds around at the time.
