Theatre & Outings Group - Booking Terms

Sawston Area u3a - TOG Guidelines Effective From August 2025

1. All communications will be sent by email, wherever possible, including the outings programme and any additional outings that may be offered.  Members who are unable to receive/print emails will be sent copies of the programmes in the post.

2. Further information on all our outings will be available on our website, and we invite members to send in photos and/or write a short resume after the outing to post on our website.

3. You will be notified within two weeks of the deadline date as to the outings for which you have been allocated a place.

4.  If you are unable to take up a place or receive a notification in error, please let us know asap.

5.  Please note we reserve the right to cancel any visits if there are insufficient numbers.

6. All payments should be made by BACS/On-line, wherever possible.  Please note that payment by cash is not acceptable at any time.

7. All payments should be received by the due date and places may be re-allocated after this time unless we have been notified of late payment.   It is therefore important that you notify Tony Hore if you are paying by BACS/On-line.

8. Please note that all times shown on the outings programme are provisional and may be subject to change.  An email confirming timing and contact details for the trip will be sent 2-3 weeks prior to the visit.

9. If you have booked a place on an outing and are unable to attend, please notify us ASAP and we will endeavour to fill your place from the reserve list, failing that you may wish to try and find a replacement, as we do not generally issue refunds.
